As a Back Office Assistant, you’ll be the crucial link between the logistics department and sales, serving as the point of contact within the organization.

As a Back Office Assistant, you are responsible for the smoothly running of the daily operational processes within our company. You will work together with various departments and ensure accurate communication and administrative support.

Your main responsibilities include:
Order Processing: Efficiently handle incoming orders, ensure accurate invoicing, and follow up on deliveries.
Customer Service: Maintain contact with customers, address inquiries, and resolve any problems if they should occur.
Administration: Provide support for various administrative tasks, such as preparing export documentation and reports.
Cooperation: Work effectively together with internal teams, including account managers, purchasing, and logistics staff, to ensure smooth operations.

Who are you and what do you bring to the table?

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant who excels in communication, is well-organized, stress-resistant, and service-oriented.

  • A strong drive to “Get things done.”
  • Preferably some commercial work experience.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, English, and Spanish (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage, given our global operations.
  • Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus, and a passion for horticulture is definitely in your advantage.
