This heartwarming tradition began in Tasmania in 2013, when Rohan and Brooke Levy, a father-daughter duo, were inspired by a stranger’s gift of flowers. Touched by this random act of kindness, they decided to spread the joy by giving free flowers to nearly 300 people on that very day.
